【摘要】:Thisstandardshallestablishtheminimumrequirementsforfireandexplosionpreventionandprotectionofindustrial,commercial,orinstitutionalfacilitiesthatprocesswoodormanufacturewoodproducts,usingwoodorothercellulosicfiberasasubstitutefororadditivetowoodfiber,andthatprocesswood,creatingwoodchips,particles,ordust.1.1.1Woodworkingandwoodprocessingfacilitiesshallinclude,butarenotlimitedto,woodflourplants,industrialwoodworkingplants,furnitureplants,plywoodplants,compositeboardplants,lumbermills,andproduction-typewoodworkingshopsandcarpentryshopsthatareincidentaltofacilitiesthatwouldnototherwisefallwithinthepurviewofthisstandard.1.1.2Thisstandardshallapplytowoodworkingoperationsthatoccupyareasofmorethan465m2(5000ft2)orwheredust-producingequipmentrequiresanaggregatedustcollectionflowrateofmorethan2549m3/hr(1500ft3/min).
