【摘要】:Thispracticeprovidesthebasicminimumcriteriaforuseinevaluatingthequalificationsoftestingagenciesformasonrymaterials.Thecriteriamaybesupplementedbymorespecificcriteriaandrequirements.Itcanbeusedasaguideforinternalauditsbyindividualusers.Theintentofthispracticeistoprovideaconsensusbasisforevaluatingatestingagency,withrespecttothatagency''scapabilitytoobjectivelyandcompetentlyprovidethespecificservicesneededbytheuser.Thispracticemaybeusedasabasisforaccreditation.1.1Thispracticecoverstheminimumrequirementsforlaboratorypersonnel,forestablishingandmaintainingaqualitysystem,anditestablishesminimumqualificationsforagenciesengagedinthetestingofmasonrymaterials.1.2Criteriaareprovidedforevaluatingthecapabilityofanagencytoproperlyperformdesignatedtestsonmasonrymaterials,andforestablishingguidelinespertainingtoanagency''sorganization,personnel,facilities,andqualitysystem.Thispracticemaybesupplementedbymorespecificcriteriaandrequirementsforparticularprojects.1.3Thispracticecanbeusedasabasistoevaluatetestingagencies,anditisintendedforuseforthequalifyingoraccreditingoftestingagencies,orboth,publicorprivate,engagedinthetestingofmasonrymaterials.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
