【摘要】:Electronictransducer-basedpressuremeasurementsystemsmustbesubjectedtostaticcalibrationunderroomconditionstoensurereliableconversionfromsystemoutputtopressureduringuseinlaboratoryorinfieldapplications.Transducer-basedpressuremeasurementsystemsshouldbecalibratedbeforeinitialuseandatleastquarterlythereafterandafteranychangeintheelectronicormechanicalconfigurationofasystem.Transducer-basedpressuremeasurementsystemsshouldalsoberecalibratedifacomponentisdropped;overloaded;ifambienttestconditionschangesignificantly;orforanyothersignificantchangesinasystem.Staticcalibrationisnotappropriatefortransducerbasedsystemsusedunderoperatingenvironmentalconditionsinvolvingvibration,shock,oracceleration.1.1Thispracticecoverstheprocedureforstaticcalibrationofelectronictransducer-basedsystemsusedtomeasurefluidpressuresinlaboratoryorinfieldapplicationsassociatedwithgeotechnicaltesting.1.2Thispracticeisusedtodeterminetheaccuracyofelectronictransducer-basedpressuremeasurementsystemsoverthefullpressurerangeofthesystemoroveraspecifiedoperatingpressurerangewithinthefullpressurerange.1.3Thispracticemayalsobeusedtodeterminearelationshipbetweenpressuretransducersystemoutputandappliedpressureforuseinconvertingfromonevaluetotheother(calibrationcurve).Thisrelationshipforelectronicpressuretransducersystemsisusuallylinearandmaybereducedtotheformofacalibrationfactororalinearcalibrationequation.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsinparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.SpecificprecautionarystatementsaregiveninSection7.

【摘要】:Thisdocumentisafamilyspecificationthatcoversdrinkingwaterpipecablesandsub-ductsforinstallationbyblowingand/orpulling/draggingindrinkingwaterpipes.SystemsbuiltwithcomponentscoveredbythisstandardaresubjecttotherequirementsofsectionalspecificationsEN60794-3andEN60794-4whereapplicable.Drinkingwaterpipecableandsub-ductconstructionshavetomeetthedifferentrequirementsofthedrinkingwatercompaniesand/orassociationsregardingchemical,environmental,operationalinteractionsandingeneralmaintenanceconditions.Atableofpreferentialapplications,describingdrinkingwaterpipecablecharacteristicsversusmethodsofinstallationisreportedinAnnexAfordrinkingwaterpipecables.Clause4describesablankdetailspecificationfordrinkingwaterpipecablesandsub-ductsforinstallationbyblowingand/orpulling/draggingin/flowingdrinkingwaterpipes.Itincorporatessomeminimumrequirements.Detailspecificationsmaybepreparedonthebasisofthisfamilyspecification.Theparametersspecifiedinthisstandardmaybeaffectedbymeasurementuncertaintyarisingeitherfrommeasurementerrorsorcalibrationerrorsduetolackofsuitablestandards.Acceptancecriteriashouldbeinterpretedwithrespecttothisconsideration.Thenumberoffibrestestedisrepresentativeofthesewercableandshouldbeagreedbetweenthecustomerandsupplier.
