【摘要】:ThisBritishStandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheconstruction,testingandperformanceofelectronicportableandtransportableapparatusforthedetectionandmeasurementofcarbondioxide(CO2)inindoorambientair,whichincludesairenteringmechanicalventilationsystemsindwellings,commercialpremisesandindustrialpremises.Thisstandardcoversequipmenttoindicateuptotypically20000ppm(2%)CO2inair.NOTE1TheCO2measuringcapabilitiesofindoorairqualityapparatusarecoveredbythisstandard.NOTE2ThemeasurementcapabilitiesofelectronicportableandtransportableapparatusthatareadditionaltothemeasurementofCO2arenotcoveredinthisstandard.OtherstandardsthatcovertheseadditionalmeasurementcapabilitiesincludeBSEN50379forelectronicportablecombustiongasanalysersandBSEN45544fortoxicgasdetectionapparatushavinganalarmfunctionforalertinganoperatortoanunsafeworkplaceatmosphere.
